If you are unable to print, start
with the basics:



·       Verify that your printer is
plugged into a working power
source and make sure that the
printer is turned on.

paper and that you don’t have a
paper jam.

·       Try power cycling your
printer by turning it off and then
turning it back on, this will flush
the printer memory.



·       Try restarting your
computer.

Start, Help and Support,
Printing and Faxing, Fixing a
Printing Problem. This will take
you step by step through the
printer troubleshooting process.
